Creative Movement Program
The earliest preparation for the study of ballet at North Ballet Academy begins by introducing students to movement and dance in fun and developmentally appropriate ways. During these classes young dancers will be creatively introduced to basic concepts of movement and coordination such as marching, walking, hopping, and jumping. In addition, students will become acquainted with a variety of basic ballet positions, movement, and terminology. Dance and movement are done in a safe, age appropriate, and fun atmosphere. The overall focus of these classes is to encourage children to be creative and imaginative while fostering a love for movement, music, and dance.
